What we collect

The business details you enter (name, category, city, state, website, competitors), your email address, and the answers the AI engines return for the questions we ask about your business. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

How we use it

To run your audit, deliver your report, send receipts and order updates, and answer your questions. We do not sell or share your details with anyone, and we do not use your business details for anything other than your order.

What we send to the engines

Only the questions themselves, which include your category, city and, for a minority of questions, your business name. We do not send your email address or any other personal detail to an engine.

Retention

Reports and recorded answers are kept for 30 days after delivery so you can re-download them, then deleted. Order and receipt records are kept as long as required for accounting.

Bot protection and logs

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Server logs keep a hashed form of your IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
