No. Each audit covers one business category in one US city, and every planned question names that city. If you serve several cities, choose the one that matters most and run a separate audit for the next. The same business in a second city, or a second business, is a separate audit. Within one audit you can still name up to six services or customer needs and the competitors you want included, and the questions adapt to them.

Work starts when the engines begin running your audit questions, which can happen shortly after payment. Our delivery target is within 48 hours. The email you receive after payment links to a private order page where you can watch progress, and the finished PDF is downloaded from that page. Treat the link as confidential, because it provides access to your report. Download access expires 30 days after the report is created and is subject to a download limit, so save your copy. If the report has not arrived within the delivery target, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate.

It is the source configured for new audits today: each question goes to an OpenAI model with web search enabled, through an API, and we record the returned answer and its citations. These are API-based samples. They are not a recording of the consumer ChatGPT app, which can answer the same question differently. Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and other consumer chat interfaces are not measured today. The label is the one the audit itself uses, so it reads the same on this site, at checkout and in every report, and checkout confirms the configured sources before payment.

We use it to run the research you asked for, deliver the result, send receipts and service updates, provide support and prevent misuse. Card payment is handled through Stripe's checkout, and our application does not collect your full card number. Configured AI and search providers process the prompts and business details the research needs; those requests never include the email address you enter for delivery. We do not sell your information, and a free check does not add you to a marketing list. The privacy page names every provider and explains retention.

If the delivered report contains fewer than ten specific, named findings, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the audit in full.
